Daily 20 min on TreadMill at 3.6 for 20 min followed by 20 min of weghts and another 25 min on tread mill.
Yoga on Tues & Thurs @ 6:30 am Wednes at Creativity Center at 9:30 & Fri 9:45 AM @ 4 PM Sat at 10 AM
